MOCHIZUKI Akiko is a partner of Athena Law Office. She majored economics at Keio University and worked at a trading company between 1990-1993. Then, she started to practice law in 1993.She represents a wide range of clients including inheritance, divorce, domestic violence, family law, crime victims, sexually abused, traffic accident, criminal defense, medical malpractice, animal rights, environment problems and so on.
She established a nonprofit organization called TSUBOMI for sexually abused in 2012, and became its representative.
She serves as a court-appointed adjudicator in the Tokyo Family Court since 2012.
